擠花嘴貼布縫到袋體上

完成擠花嘴貼布縫

再把緞帶對摺縫到袋體邊邊

這樣就變成一個小吊環

翻到背面，相鄰邊分別縫合

完成就像這樣

翻到正面，正面在內兩邊對齊相縫

完成兩邊相縫合

從袋口外翻到正面

塞入棉花

袋口頸部做縮縫並收口

完成就像這樣

繫上緞帶裝飾

緞帶除了裝飾，還可遮掩收口縫線痕跡

最後繫上珠鍊或吊繩

整理外型，完成作品
